January Newsletter 2024

Hey everyone! Happy New Year! 2023 was a whirlwind with many highs and lows. As I enter into 2024, my heart is filled with gratitude and expectation. I’m so thankful for all that God has brought me through and all the ministry opportunities God allowed me to be a part of. Here are a few things I’ve been up to since last month.

Encounter OC

Last year, I started this movement with a simple desire to reach the next generation. As I saw the youth leaving the church (and the faith) all over the nation, my heart was to create a new way to reach young people. God answered my prayers by building Encounter and reaching hundreds of young people in Orange County and Los Angeles. People have been coming from different churches and schools and inviting their friends and their families. I’m amazed every month by how God is moving.

This past month, we spoke on the story of the woman with the alabaster jar and the power of genuine worship. The response was unreal. So many people had intimate encounters with God while we worshipped and surrendered our lives to Jesus. We even heard from several parents that their children had met God at our nights!

Speaking

It was a busy winter and God opened doors for me to speak at several college and youth retreats. I’m thankful for every opportunity to share the Gospel and the word of God. It was such a joy connecting with these different churches and seeing people experience the love of God.

Thank you to those who have encouraged me, supported me, and donated to me. I’m currently doing ministry as a missionary sent out by my home church Beloved. I would like to ask you to consider joining my team of partners by giving either a single or ongoing gift.

Fundraising update: I’m currently working part-time and fundraising to live and finance my ministry. In order to do the ministry I feel God has called me to (and to live), my goal is to fundraise $2500 monthly. Currently, I’m at about $800 in monthly donations.
